Service & Amenities Cherry Park Plaza is a full service living environment that offers the following on-site services and amenities: Exercise & Recreation
Residents are in very close driving distance to the Columbia River Gorge and Sandy River Scenic and Recreation Areas. Our administrators and special events staff have a full schedule of regular outings to places like the Oregon Coast, Mt. Hood, Spirit Mountain Casino and Yamhill County Wine Country. FirePlace Lounge & Library Residents enjoy the warmth of our fireplace living room and lounge. It’s a place to relax, read or to socialize with other residents. Many people also enjoy our second floor library which includes, a quiet comfortable place to read over looking the dining room, or go “on-line” with open access to our high speed internet computer.
A laundry room is conveniently located on each floor of Cherry Park Plaza. All residents have free and open access to new washer and dryers at no additional charge.
Valet Parking Cherry Park Plaza has two parking areas located at both ends of the Community. Valet and visitor parking is available at the front door drop off circle as a convenience for residents. Additional over flow parking is available next door. |

Cherry
Park Plaza provides residents with access to free exercise video groups and
exercise equipment including stationary bicycles and treadmill. Residents can
walk our landscaped grounds or you may enjoy walking or biking to the City of
Troutdale Parks and Reynolds High School recreation fields across the street.
